| Building Support for Commitment to Character C2C works best as an integral part of a school-wide discipline plan, aligned with the School Improvement Plan (SIP) and the district Strategic Directions (for Pinellas County) focusing on highest student achievement in a safe learning environment. A concrete plan for implementation needs to be developed, which includes the rationale, goals, benefits to the students and school, results from other schools, time lines, cost, and resources. After the C2C implementation plan is clearly formulated, it can be presented to as many group as possible to insure buy-in.
